WORK SESSION WITH

BCIG COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT

CENTRAL OFFICE – IDA GROVE

The Odebolt-Arthur (OA) Community School Board of Education met in joint session with the Battle Creek Ida Grove (BCIG) Community School Board of Education on the above date and time. The following members were present: Traci Bengford, Naomi Lozier, Paul Neumann, Pat Hoefling, and Brad Lundell. Also in attendance were Kim Bleckwehl, Kevin Weber, Dani Trimble, Tony Spradlin, Alan Henderson, and Jann Murphy.

At 6:30 p.m. Paul Neumann called the meeting to order on behalf of the Odebolt-Arthur Board.

Superintendent Trimble distributed a handout to aid in the discussion.

The boards discussed the following:

-Route Histories

-Current Routes & Rider Counts

-Maps of Enrollment

-Training for Staff – New Hires & Annual

-Training for Students

-Addressing Concerns from Parents, Students, and Drivers

Paul Neumann adjourned the work session at 8:00 p.m.
