WORK SESSION WITH

BCIG COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT

MONDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2011

6:30 P.M.

CONFERENCE ROOM-ODEBOLT

The Odebolt-Arthur (OA) Community School Board of Education met in joint session with the Battle Creek Ida Grove (BCIG) Community School Board of Education on the above date and time. The following OA members were present: Traci Bengford, Naomi Lozier, Paul Neumann, and Brad Lundell. Pat Hoefling was absent. The following BCIG members were present: Berny Sohm, Bev Bower, Jeff Rasmussen, and Mark Bogue. Michael Luft arrived at 6:46 p.m. Stephanie Konradi and Brian Riessen were absent. Also in attendance were Dani Trimble, Tony Spradlin, Alan Henderson, and Jann Murphy.

At 6:30 p.m. Paul Neumann called the meeting to order on behalf of the Odebolt-Arthur Board and Berny Sohm called the meeting to order on behalf of the Battle Creek-Ida Grove Board

Superintendent, Dani Trimble opened the work session with an outline for the meeting.

The Boards held a discussion on District Partnerships, Student Learning, District Finance, District Facilities, and Transportation.

By consensus the boards agreed to have Mrs. Trimble work on the final wording for approval at the December board meeting.

Paul Neumann adjourned the work session at 8:45 p.m. for Odebolt-Arthur and Berny Sohm adjourned the work session at 8:45 p.m. for Battle Creek-Ida Grove.
