Our 5th graders recently traveled to Sioux City for an exciting day of hands-on learning! They visited the 𝐋𝐞𝐰𝐢𝐬 & 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐮𝐦, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐠𝐭. 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐝 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.

The presenters at each location shared fascinating stories, facts, and information that helped bring history to life and added to what students have been learning in 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 and 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬.
What a great opportunity to connect classroom learning with real places and experiences! We’re proud of our 5th graders for their curiosity and enthusiasm for learning!

If students took part in school pictures at the start of the year, then the student must bring their envelope of pictures to retakes. If a student was not here for school pictures, they should attend this retake session to have their picture taken.

Our OABCIG FCCLA members had a great day at the Fall Rally at WITCC!

Students participated in engaging breakout sessions, explored new opportunities, and toured the WITCC campus. It was a great chance to learn, connect, and get a glimpse of what college life has to offer!

We’re proud of our FCCLA members for getting involved, trying new things, and making the most of this experience!
