Odebolt's 3Science Enrichment has been learning about the basics of flight and Brian Lundell, along with special guests, Jim and Vance Lundell, shared their plane with our group.🛩️
Special thanks to Ryan Leed for flying the Lundell's plane in to the Ida Grove airport. Ryan is GOMACO's corporate pilot, manager of the Denison airport, and Lundell family friend who likes flying and we appreciate him taking time from his busy schedule to teach our kiddos about flying planes!🙌🏻

Courtney Schmidt was selected as OABCIG's Best of Class for 2023. She was able to attend the recognition program hosted by KCAU9 at the Orpheum Theatre in Sioux City. At some point between May and June you can see Courtney showcased on channel 9. Way to go Courtney!

Odebolt 4TAG Jet Toy Challenge🎈
Get your yellow shirts ready because Wishbone Day is coming!!
Fifty plus kindergarten and first grade students joined Mrs. Rohlk in the Odebolt library today and learned about bridges. A combination of books and building filled the hour! Plus Plus Block challenge was to build an overpass that a matchbox car/truck could go under. The spaghetti and marshmallow challenge: what can you build with 2 pieces of spaghetti and 8 mini marshmallows? Almost everyone succeeded at getting sticky!
GOMACO collaborated with HS TAG & Guidance Careers to share engineering careers available in their industry.
