HS TAG students had the opportunity to experience the BVU Ag Expo in Storm Lake. These students were exposed to careers and opportunities in the Ag World through hands-on activities and industry interactions.
Our keynote speaker was Dr. Scott Radke, Clinical Assistant Professor at ISU Vet School & veterinary toxicologist and also participated in these hands-on sessions:
Farm Management: Farming simulator to engage students in making management decisions on a fictitious farm.
Pre-Vet: Animal dissection and engagement with Dr. Radke on what it takes to be a vet & learn more about what to expect with vet school programs.
