Sleep Goal: Get 8-10 hours of sleep each night.
Week 2: Exercise vs. Screen-Free Time
Exercise Goal: Get at least 30 minutes of activity per day (walk, run, play basketball, etc.).
Screen-Free Goal: Spend at least 1 hour outside or doing a non-screen activity.
Week 3: Healthy Snacks vs. Mindfulness
Healthy Snack Goal: Eat one fruit or veggie with every meal.
Mindfulness Goal: Practice deep breathing or stretching for 5 minutes daily.
Week 4: Championship Round! Sleep vs. Exercise
Sleep Goal: Get 8-10 hours of sleep each night.
Exercise Goal: Get at least 30 minutes of activity per day (walk, run, play basketball, etc.).
